This is a term that we heard from Kelsey over at Week of the Website, or maybe Ben Manley from Knapsack Creative, at Circle Day last year, we’re not sure tbh we didn’t create it, but we love the phrase and wanted to do a podcast episode about it.
“Creating Delight” is any interaction you have with your customers that leaves them feeling happy and helped. This is a surefire way to make sure they spread-the-word about you, and frankly makes your interactions with them much more fun and friendly.
